Al Jol Information Technology Ltd. announced today that it will now start providing Telematics based solutions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Telematics technologies is the result of Al Jol Information Technology's Alliance with Europe's largest defense contractor Thales.
Thales provides a suite of Real Time Fleet Management Solutions, known today as Telematics, to cater for the rising need of utilizing an ebusiness approach to managing fleets for the entire transportation industry.
Telematics enables the use of GPS data sent over Sattelite and GSM based networks to deliver up to the minute critical information about vehicles, fleets, and possibly any object being transported anywhere around the globe.
